- Deliver outstanding, high-fidelity guest service within an authentic, high-volume fine dining environment cleanly.
- Maintain the highest professional standards of hospitality, interpersonal etiquette, personal grooming, and brand presentation at all times.
- Support smooth daily restaurant operations across specialized front-of-house greeting zones, dining floor stations, and busy bar service counters seamlessly.
- Communicate effectively and rapidly with all team members to guarantee an efficient kitchen-to-table service flow and minimal wait times.
- Handle complex guest requests, managing table allocations, and proactively ensuring a positive, unforgettable dining experience for every visitor.
- Maintain the absolute cleanliness, structural organization, mis-en-place preparation, and service layout standards across all operational zones.
- Reconcile daily transaction logs, tracking table turnover files, cover count sheets, and bar inventory registers systematically.

- Demonstrated capability to perform role-specific configurations, including silver service table maneuvers, advanced order tracking, high-end bar mixology setups, or sophisticated guest reservation hosting depending on the target vacancy track.
- Advanced technical workspace data literacy with sharp capabilities monitoring seat occupancy rates, tracking beverage inventory logs, and maintaining covers sheets inside Microsoft Excel databases.
- Team-oriented mindset with a highly positive, energetic attitude and an active willingness to learn, adapt, and grow upward within our premium organizational hierarchy.
- Deep, comprehensive operational knowledge across the following primary functional dimensions:
- Fine dining service standards, classic culinary sequencing, plate carrying methods, and menu articulation systems.
