Job Description:

We are executing a strategic professional appointment within our core corporate operations branch and are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Procurement Officer to join our Finance Department to govern day-to-day sourcing pipelines and direct corporate purchasing pathways in Dubai. Configured for systematic supply chain solutions builders who possess an exceptional commercial command of vendor acquisition models and excel at driving absolute cost efficiency within highly regulated financial ecosystems, this full-time track focuses on accelerating procurement lifecycles, auditing contractual service level agreements, and maximizing operational resource optimization metrics across our integrated head office frameworks.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end corporate procurement activities meticulously in strict line with established company policies, internal compliance charts, and annual budget requirements.
  • Identify, evaluate, negotiate with, and onboard high-performing vendors while maintaining strong, long-term supplier relationship networks.
  • Handle comprehensive contract management, tracking Service Level Agreements (SLAs), managing upcoming renewals, and maintaining proper legal documentation vaults.
  • Oversee complex lease administration programs for all corporate branches, satellite kiosks, and head office premises across the region.
  • Ensure absolute cost efficiency through competitive sourcing practices, multi-vendor bidding protocols, and detailed financial cost analysis.
  • Manage fixed asset procurement pipelines, precise inventory control operations, and annual maintenance contract (AMC) renewal processes.
  • Ensure complete compliance with strict internal controls, UAE regulatory requirements, external financial guidelines, and corporate audit standards.
  • Reconcile daily transaction logs, tracking purchase requisition folders, delivery verification notes, and vendor ledger balances systematically.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Possession of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field of study. Holding an active professional certification in procurement or supply chain management (such as CIPS or equivalent) will be treated as a highly distinct advantage during our selection cycles.
  • Proven high-performance professional history driving corporate purchasing operations, with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of direct experience in procurement, contract management, or vendor administration. Familiarity with financial services environments and immediate readiness for full-time workspace deployment in Dubai are required.
  • Advanced technical workspace data literacy with sharp capabilities generating structured spend analysis matrices, tracking asset deployment registries, and maintaining vendor performance scoring logs inside Microsoft Excel databases.
  • Demonstrated capability to utilize contemporary ERP platforms, automated sourcing portals, and enterprise inventory tracking networks to audit corporate expenditure profiles.
  • Deep, comprehensive operational knowledge across the following primary functional dimensions:
    • Procurement lifecycle execution, strategic commercial sourcing models, tendering mechanisms, and purchase order tracking workflows.
    • Vendor management methodologies, supplier onboarding protocols, risk evaluations, and contract negotiation tactics.
    • Contract administration frameworks, SLA compliance auditing, commercial lease laws, and asset lifecycle management systems.
    • Cost optimization models, variance analysis, expense reporting metrics, and regulatory audit compliance rules within the UAE.
  • Outstanding verbal articulation, reporting talent, and negotiation capabilities, rapid situational problem-solving habits under compressed budget timelines, and a highly polished professional attitude under a unified corporate management framework.
