Job Description:

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver highly engaging, interactive, and well-structured lessons tailored precisely to British National Curriculum standards cleanly.
  • Support comprehensive student academic development, monitoring individual progress paths, and nurturing personal and moral values.
  • Maintain exemplary classroom discipline, positive learning atmospheres, and structurally compliant behavior management codes.
  • Assess, monitor, record, and report student progress profiles effectively, creating data-driven tracking reports for parents and directors.
  • Contribute actively to specialized departmental initiatives, school-wide academic programs, and extracurricular enrichment events.
  • Collaborate closely with pedagogical colleagues, subject leaders, and faculty coordinators to continually enhance teaching delivery quality.
  • Reconcile daily classroom logs, tracking student attendance sheets, unit plan fulfillment grids, and exam record files systematically.

🔹 Requirements:

  • For Primary Track (Year 3): A mandatory Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent professional teaching qualification from an accredited institution. For Secondary & Sixth Form Tracks: A mandatory Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in the specific matching subject matter, validating deep conceptual command over academic principles.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven high-performance professional history driving school classroom instruction. Possessing active, hands-on experience teaching the British National Curriculum framework is highly preferred, while prior exposure within the UAE school environment will serve as a distinct asset. All candidates must be ready for immediate workspace deployment in Dubai.
  • Advanced technical workspace data literacy with sharp capabilities tracking student grade curves, formulating lesson timelines, and organizing academic metrics tables inside Microsoft Excel databases.
  • Strong classroom management talents, exceptional instructional communication abilities, and a proven capacity to handle diverse student populations effectively.
  • Deep, comprehensive operational knowledge across the following primary functional dimensions:
    • Curriculum delivery models (spanning Primary, Secondary, and Sixth Form stages), unit planning, and cross-curricular link mapping.
    • Student assessment strategies, evaluation methodologies, testing rubrics, and diagnostic grade data analysis.
    • Contemporary classroom management methods, positive reinforcement structures, and school-wide safety routines.
    • Subject-specific expertise across target vacancies, including Primary Year 3, Biology & Environmental Management, Arabic A & B, Islamic A, Business Accounting, or Psychology parameters.
