Job Description:

The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily service execution, manage floor personnel, and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction. This leadership role focuses on optimizing inventory control, supervising staff scheduling, and ensuring strict compliance with local health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient and high-quality service.
  • Lead, motivate, and supervise the restaurant team to achieve operational excellence.
  • Build strong customer relationships and maintain exceptional customer service standards.
  • Manage staff scheduling, inventory control, and operational reporting.
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally while maintaining a positive dining experience.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
  • Monitor service quality and support continuous operational improvements.

🔹 Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of UAE experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong customer relationship and customer service skills.
  • Proven experience in managing daily restaurant operations.
  • Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Food Safety, Hygiene Standards, and HACCP protocols.
  • Proficiency in staff scheduling, inventory management, problem-solving, and operational reporting.
