Job Description:

The Business Development Executive will spearhead local healthcare outreach, corporate client acquisition, and insurance partner networking across Sharjah and the Northern Emirates. This role plays a critical part in expanding clinical service offerings, managing key corporate health accounts, and implementing long-term commercial growth strategies.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the organization’s client base.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with corporate clients and referral partners.
  • Promote healthcare services and customized healthcare solutions to corporate organizations.
  • Develop strong relationships with insurance companies and other healthcare stakeholders.
  • Achieve monthly business development goals and revenue targets.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business negotiations.
  • Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for business expansion.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of proven business development experience within the GCC region.
  • Previous business development experience working within a clinic, hospital, or medical centre environment is mandatory.
  • A valid UAE Driving License is strictly mandatory for corporate travel.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and professional presentation skills.
  • Arabic language proficiency is considered a distinct advantage.
  • Strong relationship-building, client management, and commercial sales capabilities.
