Job Description:

The Teaching Assistant will play an essential role in delivering high-quality education and care within our early years classrooms. This professional will support lead educators in implementing creative curriculum programs, establishing a secure and engaging classroom environment, and monitoring the holistic progress of young learners.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers with daily classroom activities and learning programs.
• Support children’s social, emotional, and educational development.
• Help create a safe, welcoming, and engaging classroom environment.
• Supervise children during activities, playtime, and daily routines.
• Support lesson preparation and classroom organization.
• Encourage positive behavior and provide care according to nursery standards.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure effective learning experiences.

🔹 Requirements:

• Previous experience working inside a nursery, kindergarten, or early years education setting.
• A diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, general Education, or a closely related field.
• Genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their foundational development.
• Strong communication and proactive team collaboration skills.
• A caring, exceptionally patient, and enthusiastic personality.
• Ability to create a nurturing, secure, and interactive environment for children.
• Willingness or ability to relocate to Dubai Production City (IMPZ).
