Job Description:

The Accountant will handle day-to-day transactional accounting, ledger management, and regulatory financial compliance for the firm and its corporate clients. Operating from our Dubai office, this professional will manage complete bookkeeping cycles, perform systematic bank reconciliations, maintain Zoho Books records, and ensure precise alignment with local VAT and Corporate Tax guidelines.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and oversee daily bookkeeping activities.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure financial transactions are properly recorded.
• Manage accounting entries using Zoho Books.
• Prepare and maintain financial documentation with a high level of accuracy.
• Support VAT and Corporate Tax compliance in accordance with FTA regulations.
• Ensure accounting processes comply with UAE financial standards.
• Assist in preparing reports and maintaining organized accounting records.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on professional accounting experience within the UAE.
• Practical, hands-on experience utilizing Zoho Books software is strictly mandatory.
• Strong fundamental knowledge of UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) regulations, including VAT and Corporate Tax compliance.
• Solid background in day-to-day bookkeeping, bank statement reconciliation, and document management.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Immediate joiners and candidates holding a personal visa are highly preferred.
