Job Description:
The History Teacher will design and deliver a rigorous social studies and global history program for Middle and High School classes at our Al Mushrif Campus. Working within our dynamic education team, this academic professional will construct interactive lesson structures, evaluate individual progress, and facilitate classroom discussions that enhance students’ understanding of historical systems, cultural frameworks, and critical global events.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging History lessons for Middle and High School students.
- Encourage critical thinking and meaningful classroom discussions.
- Create interactive learning experiences that enhance student engagement.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Prepare lesson plans and learning materials aligned with curriculum requirements.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to support student development.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in History, History Education, or a closely related humanities discipline.
- A recognized teaching qualification, professional license, or pedagogical credential is highly preferred.
- Strong fundamental knowledge of global history, ancient cultures, and diverse geographical perspectives.
- Excellent classroom management, administrative organization, and instructional communication skills.
- A genuine passion for academic instruction, student mentorship, and motivating adolescent learners.
- Ability to build interactive course plans utilizing modern educational technology and innovative teaching methodologies.
