Job Description:

The Purchase Executive will manage daily procurement operations, vendor negotiations, and supply chain coordination across our restaurant outlets. Operating within our active F&B division, this organized professional will source raw ingredients, packaging, and operational supplies, compare vendor quotations, maintain stock efficiency, verify invoices with finance, and streamline inventory workflows.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Source and negotiate with suppliers for food, beverage, packaging, and operational supplies.
• Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely procurement of required materials.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with stores and kitchen teams.
• Compare supplier quotations and maintain updated supplier price lists.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new suppliers.
• Ensure quality standards, cost efficiency, and timely delivery of purchased items.
• Coordinate with the finance team for invoice verification and payment follow-up.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records, documentation, and procurement reports.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of purchasing or procurement experience, preferably within the F&B, restaurant, or hospitality sector.
• Strong vendor negotiation, commercial awareness, and supplier relationship management skills.
• Solid understanding of inventory control, procurement documentation, and purchasing workflows.
• Experience working with ERP or Point of Sale (POS) inventory systems is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management capabilities.
• Candidates available to join immediately or on short notice are highly preferred.
