Arabic QA/QC Manager

Job Description:
The Arabic QA/QC Manager will direct overall quality assurance and control framework across large-scale luxury residential developments. Operating from our Dubai site office, this senior civil engineering professional will institute quality management systems, lead site inspections, liaise with consultants and project directors, conduct structural audits, and ensure total compliance with municipal building codes and contract specifications.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all QA/QC activities across residential construction projects.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop, implement, and monitor quality management systems and inspection procedures.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to maintain quality objectives.
- Conduct inspections, audits, and quality reviews to ensure work is completed to the required standards.
- Prepare QA/QC reports and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
- Support timely project delivery while maintaining quality and compliance.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Must currently be based in the United Arab Emirates.
- Minimum 12 years of hands-on UAE experience working with Tier 1 main contractors.
- Proven track record delivering luxury residential projects, high-rise buildings, and villa communities.
- Native or fully fluent Arabic speaker with strong technical communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of quality control testing, inspection procedures, and UAE building regulations.
- Exceptional leadership, site coordination, and strategic problem-solving abilities.
