Job Description:
The Electrical Engineer will supervise site installation, testing, and commissioning of extra low voltage systems across project locations in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Operating on site, this experienced technical professional will interpret engineering drawings, manage subcontractor workflows, troubleshoot technical issues, ensure regulatory compliance, and liaise directly with clients and consultants to deliver systems on schedule.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of ELV systems.
- Monitor daily site activities and ensure work is completed according to project specifications.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and project documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with project quality and safety requirements.
- Prepare site reports and provide project progress updates.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- 6–8 years of hands-on experience in ELV system installation, testing, commissioning, and site supervision.
- Strong working knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, BGM, AV, and integrated security platforms.
- Proven ability to interpret technical schematics, shop drawings, and single-line diagrams.
- Demonstrated technical troubleshooting, problem-solving, and site leadership capabilities.
- Experience coordinating effectively with clients, main contractors, and subcontractors.
- Holding a valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
