Inventory Controller

Job Description:
The Inventory Controller will oversee stock tracking, direct cycle counts, and maintain warehouse inventory accuracy for food and beverage products. Based in Dubai, this detail-oriented supply chain specialist will track incoming and outgoing stock, forecast inventory needs to eliminate out-of-stock scenarios, utilize ERP inventory systems, prepare supply chain performance reports, and align warehouse operations with company standards.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock.
- Coordinate stock transfers, deliveries, product tagging, and inventory processing.
- Forecast supply and demand requirements to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Track inbound and outbound orders to prevent overstocking and out-of-stock (OOS) situations.
- Generate purchase reports, pricing reports, supply chain analysis, and inventory performance reports.
- Conduct regular stock checks and cycle counts while reporting discrepancies to management.
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, inventory data, and pricing information.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, inventory control procedures, and operational standards.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or logistics within the FMCG or F&B sectors.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and specialized inventory management/ERP systems.
- Hands-on expertise in cycle counting, stock reconciliation, and supply chain reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.
- Flexibility to work extended shifts (up to 12 hours) and handle on-call duties or international travel if required.
- Immediate joiners currently available in the UAE are preferred.
