Job Description:
The Joinery Production Manager will lead plant manufacturing workflows, supervise workshop operations, and ensure high craftsmanship standards across all woodworking projects. Stationed at our Dubai manufacturing facility, this leadership professional will manage production schedules, direct workshop technicians and carpenters, implement quality control protocols, and optimize resource allocation to meet project deadlines efficiently.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and oversee daily joinery production activities.
- Supervise production teams to ensure efficiency, productivity, and workplace safety.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure projects are completed within deadlines.
- Implement quality control procedures to maintain high manufacturing standards.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth production operations.
- Identify process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce manufacturing costs.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of hands-on experience in joinery manufacturing, furniture production, or custom woodworking operations.
- Proven track record in production planning, workshop leadership, and workflow optimization.
- Comprehensive knowledge of joinery machinery, raw materials, finishing techniques, and quality control.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and technical problem-solving capabilities.
- Currently residing within the United Arab Emirates.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and successfully manage multiple production priorities simultaneously.
