Job Description:
The Commercial Manager will lead commercial control operations, manage cash flow frameworks, and optimize project profitability across group entities. Based at our Abu Dhabi headquarters, this strategic financial leader will oversee contract administration, monitor procurement workflows, implement process automations, manage commercial risks, and deliver accurate financial analysis to support corporate growth objectives.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage commercial operations, financial controls, and reporting activities across company projects.
- Monitor cash flow, budgets, costs, and commercial performance to support business objectives.
- Oversee procurement processes, contract administration, and commercial risk management.
- Work closely with project and operational teams to ensure financial and commercial efficiency.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports using advanced Excel and reporting tools.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and operational optimization.
- Support business growth through effective commercial strategies and decision-making.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of commercial accounting experience within UAE contracting, fit-out, or construction sectors.
- In-depth expertise in commercial controls, cash flow control, procurement, and contract administration.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with a strong track record in corporate financial reporting and analysis.
- Familiarity with Odoo ERP, automation systems, AI software solutions, or business optimization tools is a plus.
- Strong leadership, analytical, organizational, and risk governance capabilities.
