Job Description:
The Account Executive will manage client communications, drive customer engagement activities, and support account growth across international markets. Based at our Dubai facility, this multilingual professional will leverage fluency in Arabic or Chinese alongside English to address client inquiries, nurture key stakeholder relationships, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure an exceptional client experience.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Support account management activities and customer service operations.
- Handle customer inquiries and ensure timely responses.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver excellent client experiences.
- Maintain accurate customer information and account records.
- Contribute to customer satisfaction and business growth initiatives.
- Represent the company professionally when interacting with clients.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Fluency in Arabic or Chinese along with proficient English communication skills.
- Prior background in customer service, account support, or client-facing operations.
- Demonstrated knowledge of customer relationship management, stakeholder engagement, and account service best practices.
- Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and organizational capabilities.
