Job Description:
We are seeking skilled and experienced A/C Technicians to join a reputed technical team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to the organizational framework, requiring a professional who can handle complex air conditioning operations for management and technical review. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems, diagnosing faults, and performing troubleshooting in a fast-paced environment. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain air conditioning systems to meet management and technical performance targets.
- Support operational integrity in Dubai, ensuring 100% data integrity in service logs, inspection reports, and preventive maintenance records.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and technical supervisors to respond to service requests and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Conduct routine inspections and repairs while ensuring all work aligns with safety standards and company guidelines.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools where applicable to optimize fault diagnosis and professional technical reporting.
🔹 Requirements:
- Diploma or Certificate in HVAC or Mechanical Engineering plus a relevant professional AC Technician Certificate.
- Proven professional interest or experience specifically as an A/C or HVAC Technician in the UAE.
- Strong background in management of air conditioning systems, troubleshooting, and maintenance procedures.
- Professional background in education or training regarding mechanical systems, refrigeration cycles, and safety standards.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, high attention to detail, and immediate availability for a fast-paced technical role.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support a high-standard technical firm in Dubai.
