Job Description:

An opening is available for a meticulous and structured Academic Department Assistant to manage daily operations inside the scholastic department. The position handles document tracking, curriculum scheduling, and cross-departmental filing networks to drive operational compliance and efficiency across schools in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the coordination and organization of academic department activities across schools.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, records, and academic files.
  • Assist with curriculum coordination and assessment-related administrative tasks.
  • Communicate effectively with academic staff and internal departments.
  • Support scheduling, reporting, and general departmental administration.
  • Ensure proper handling and control of confidential academic documents.
  • Assist in improving operational efficiency within the academic department.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Previous professional experience in academic administration, file control, or structured admin jobs.
  • Strong organizational, layout tracking, and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail with proven file handling and storage abilities.
  • Good interpersonal communication and team coordination skills.
  • Familiarity with digital entry modules common in modern Information Technology enabled classrooms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or Business Administration from an approved education institution.
