Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Portfolio Management: Manage and expand an assigned portfolio of existing clients, focusing on maximizing their lifetime value.
- Client Retention: Implement proactive retention strategies through regular follow-ups and high-quality support to minimize churn.
- Volume Growth: Encourage increased trading activity and higher deposit volumes by educating clients on market opportunities.
- CRM Mastery: Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, trading performance, and preferences using internal CRM systems.
- Target Achievement: Work rigorously toward daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs related to retention rates and sales volume.
- Market Insight: Stay updated on global financial news to provide relevant context during client communications.
🔹 Requirements:
- Industry Expertise: Previous hands-on experience in Forex trading, financial sales, or account management.
- Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation and closing skills with the confidence to promote complex financial products.
- Technical Proficiency: Solid experience using CRM platforms to manage sales funnels and client data.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
- Mindset: A highly motivated, target-driven professional with a focus on delivering measurable results.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English; ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
