Job Description:

  • Conduct exhaustive weekly bank reconciliations, optimizing cash positions and maintaining total accuracy across internal financial records.
  • Maintain the general ledger system systematically, generating, formatting, and adjusting journal entries following international compliance frameworks.
  • Ensure all incoming and outgoing financial transactions are recorded accurately and transparently within defined operational timelines.
  • Perform comprehensive balance sheet account reconciliations to support daily, friction-free corporate accounting operations.
  • Assist with complex month-end and year-end closing activities, preparing accurate trial balances and administrative reports for executive audit reviews.
  • Audit regional material costs and invoice variances, archiving financial performance data loops for internal control assessment.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Possession of a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from an accredited academic institution is strictly mandatory.
  • Minimum of 2 years of continuous professional experience operating directly within accounting or corporate finance roles within the United Arab Emirates is required.
  • Proven practical capability utilizing advanced enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms and modern computerized accounting software packages.
  • Deep structural understanding of core accounting principles, double-entry bookkeeping, transactional audit pathways, and commercial tax frameworks.
