Job Description:

We are seeking an exceptionally motivated, precise, and customer strategy-driven Branch Supervisor to manage daily store pipelines, advanced retail floor workflows, and customer service remediation tracking tracks at our expanding corporate retail facility in Dubai. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise comprehensive daily branch activities, front-end operations, cash desk protocols, and back-end stock replenishment workflows.
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor a diverse team of retail associates, shelf stockers, and cashiers to meet daily operational targets.
  • Monitor ongoing employee performance parameters, manage shift rosters, and maintain a highly disciplined, productive storefront environment.
  • Ensure strict adherence to corporate standards regarding premium customer service delivery, complaint resolution, and visitor satisfaction.
  • Coordinate cross-departmental branch processes dynamically, resolving unexpected operational bottlenecks or client friction points efficiently.
  • Enforce complete compliance with municipal food safety policies, store health standards, and corporate financial accounting security procedures.
  • Audit stock inventory levels on the floor regularly, generating precise shrinkage, stock rotation (FIFO), and ordering reports for management review.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Absolute written and verbal command over both the Arabic and English languages is strictly mandatory for daily stakeholder and customer interactions.
  • Demonstrated leadership history, team management capability, and a proven track record of supervising floor staff inside high-volume business setups.
  • Previous professional experience operating within active retail outlets, large-scale supermarkets, or boutique commercial stores is highly preferred.
  • Deep structural understanding of modern retail store operations, stock warehousing systems, point-of-sale (POS) systems, and branch administration workflows.
  • Strong structural organization, time management, and problem-solving capabilities to oversee high-traffic store shifts independently under tight parameters.
  • Advanced software capability utilizing modern point-of-sale systems, retail inventory software, and standard Microsoft Office business applications.
  • Solid academic background through a relevant diploma, certificate, or degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or an equivalent organizational discipline.
  • Practical background in basic education regarding inventory margin math variables, retail performance diagnostics, and commercial project lifecycle workflow management methodologies.
