Job Description:
Innovait Dental Laboratory is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to join its finance team in Abu Dhabi. Based in Abu Dhabi, this accounting professional will oversee daily financial transactions, maintain accurate ledgers, prepare financial reports, manage account reconciliations, ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations, and assist with monthly and annual closing procedures.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documentation.
- Process daily accounting transactions and prepare financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and company financial policies.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve financial discrepancies.
- Support budgeting, reporting, and other finance-related activities.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 2–4 years of practical accounting and bookkeeping experience (UAE experience is an advantage).
- Solid knowledge of UAE VAT regulations, tax compliance, and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in modern accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and technical problem-solving skills with high attention to accuracy and deadlines.
