Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Operations: Manage day-to-day accounting tasks, including data entry, ledger maintenance, and transaction recording.
- Reporting: Prepare accurate financial statements and reports within set timelines to support management decisions.
- Compliance: Ensure all accounting practices remain in full alignment with UAE regulations and standard accounting principles.
- Inventory Coordination: Support the reconciliation of hotel supply inventory records with financial accounts to ensure data integrity.
- Audit Support: Assist in the preparation of documents for internal or external audits as required.
- Reconciliation: Manage bank reconciliations and oversee accounts payable and receivable for our diverse hospitality client base.
🔹 Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in an accounting role within the UAE.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Eligibility: Preference will be given to candidates on a husband’s visa.
- Availability: Immediate joiners are highly preferred to support current operational requirements.
- Attributes: High attention to detail, ability to work independently, and strong organizational skills.
