Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Bookkeeping: Execute daily accounting entries and maintain up-to-date accurate records to ensure financial transparency.
- Transaction Management: Generate invoices and receipts while maintaining a rigorous payment tracking system for both clients and vendors.
- AP/AR Oversight: Manage the end-to-end accounts payable and receivable processes to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and provide basic management reports.
- Administrative Documentation: Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems for both financial and general office records.
- Office Coordination: Provide essential support for general administration, coordinating with suppliers and clients to ensure smooth studio operations.
🔹 Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with accounting software and high proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Software Advantage: Specific knowledge of Zoho Books and Odoo will be considered a significant advantage.
- Core Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Good verbal and written English skills for effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience: Prior experience in combined accounting and administrative roles is preferred.
