🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle AR/AP: Manage end-to-end accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, ensuring all financial records are current and accurate.
  • Payment Processing: Track and monitor all incoming and outgoing payments, ensuring timely settlement and meticulous record-keeping.
  • Complex Reconciliations: Perform daily bank reconciliations, along with specialized corporate card and Virtual Credit Card (VCC) reconciliations common in the travel industry.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain detailed AR/AP reports for the Finance Manager to track cash flow and outstanding balances.
  • Banking Liaison: Coordinate directly with banking institutions to resolve financial queries, address discrepancies, and manage transaction issues.
  • Discrepancy Resolution: Identify and resolve financial discrepancies efficiently, maintaining high standards of data integrity in all accounting ledgers.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Industry Expertise: Previous experience within the Travel & Tourism industry is a significant advantage.
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Technical Proficiency: Capability to manage large transaction volumes effectively using accounting software and advanced Excel.
  • Attributes: High level of accuracy, strong attention to detail, and a dependable professional work ethic.
  • Dynamic Performance: Ability to meet strict financial deadlines in a fast-paced, high-energy work environment.
  • Location: Based in or willing to work in the Al Garhoud area of Dubai.
