Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can manage day-to-day bullion trading transactions for management and fiscal performance review. You will be responsible for accurate bookkeeping, reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with UAE tax regulations. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Financial Reporting and Commodities Accounting and a proactive approach to budgeting and stock movement tracking. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations to meet management and bullion trading transaction targets.
- Support fiscal integrity in Dubai, ensuring 100% precision in VAT compliance and UAE tax requirements.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and trading teams to facilitate professional organizational reporting and inventory tracking.
- Perform detailed reconciliations and monitor expenses to facilitate accurate financial planning and budgeting activities.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and general ledger systems to ensure accuracy in all precious metal stock movements.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional field (ACCA, CPA, or CMA is highly advantageous).
- Proven professional ability within an accounting role, preferably in trading or commodities.
- Strong background in management of general ledgers, financial documentation, and audit support processes.
- Professional background in education or training regarding VAT compliance, taxation, and UAE financial regulations.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, possess high attention to detail, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills to support a high-standard bullion group in Dubai.
