Job Description:
The Accountant Clerk will support daily finance operations, record transactional ledgers, and manage foundational accounting documentation. Located at our Dubai Investment Park office, this detail-oriented professional will execute accounts payable and receivable workflows, manage supplier invoices, perform routine bank reconciliations using systems like Zoho Books or QuickBooks, and support periodic ledger closings.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Record and maintain daily financial transactions with accuracy.
- Process supplier invoices, customer receipts, and payment transactions.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations and maintain organized financial records.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Prepare financial reports and support the finance team with daily accounting operations.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
- Support month-end closing procedures and audit preparations.
- Ensure the accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity of financial information.
🔹 Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 1–2 years of accounting experience; previous UAE experience is considered an added advantage.
- Essential proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial data management.
- Hands-on experience with accounting software such as Zoho Books or QuickBooks is preferred.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently while consistently meeting operational deadlines.
