  • Prepare and process high-volume procurement invoices, commercial supplier payments, client receipts, and internal expense documentation.
  • Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable sub-ledgers, protecting vendor relations and commercial credit arrangements.
  • Reconcile complex daily bank statements, multi-channel payment gateway accounts, third-party delivery service credits, and petty cash balances.
  • Support strict culinary inventory tracking, recipe cost control audits, stock variance investigations, and comprehensive month-end closing procedures.
  • Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly management report packs, variance evaluations, and operational food-cost dashboards for executive review.
  • Ensure uncompromised organizational compliance with modern UAE VAT guidelines, federal Corporate Tax frameworks, and legal accounting metrics.
  • Handle monthly workforce salary processing, internal payroll structures, and statutory WPS postings through banking portals and integrated ERP environments.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a matching fully accredited business discipline, with professional certifications like CMA, CIMA, CA, or an MBA considered an advantage.
  • A minimum of 2 to 5 years of verified professional experience operating inside an active accounting desk, with mandatory tenure in the F&B, high-volume restaurant, or premium hospitality sectors.
  • Advanced data literacy with extensive practical proficiency deploying financial balancing grids, pivot tables, and automated formula blocks inside specialized restaurant management engines, modern ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Deep, comprehensive operational knowledge across the following financial areas:
    • Hospitality accounting standards, point-of-sale (POS) data configurations, cash management practices, and balance sheet mapping.
    • UAE VAT compliance codes, transaction tax auditing habits, filing workflows, and Corporate Tax registration rules.
    • Culinary cost control principles, raw material inventory methods, yield tracking, and food-and-beverage margin management.
    • WPS banking portal sequences, automated payroll structures, and internal labor cost analysis methods.
  • Outstanding analytical capabilities, strict attention to numerical detail, high mathematical precision, and robust problem-solving traits under fast-paced service timelines.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication habits paired with the professional confidence to interface smoothly with restaurant floor managers, culinary directors, and executive suppliers.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive baseline fixed salary package structured from AED 5,000 to 6,000, determined entirely by past hospitality portfolio defenses, spreadsheet modeling evaluations, and food-cost analysis screening performance.
  • An elite opportunity to assume complete financial ledger ownership of a prominent restaurant operation and expand your professional profile with an established brand leader in the Middle East hospitality landscape.
