Job Description:
A core financial position is open for a highly analytical and certified Accountant to direct routine fiscal operations and administrative compliance. Based out of Dubai, UAE, this role takes charge of balancing multi-tier accounts, ledger audits, corporate invoicing pipelines, and intensive debt collection management to ensure seamless financial operations within a fast-moving agency framework.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including corporate financial reporting and rigorous bookkeeping tasks.
- Perform comprehensive bank, supplier, and customer account reconciliations to guarantee absolute data integrity.
- Direct agency billing channels, formulate structural client invoices, and actively execute collections follow-up routines.
- Assist in corporate year-end audit preparation and prepare validated fiscal documentation for external auditors.
- Support finance administration workflows to preserve processing velocity and accuracy across internal departments.
- Maintain structured financial archives and strictly enforce compliance with established company accounting standards.
- Coordinate with internal commercial teams to clear transaction mismatches and resolve balance reporting anomalies.
- Utilize modern accounting platforms and advanced data tools for thorough corporate financial analysis and reporting.
🔹 Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of verified professional experience in corporate financial management, exclusively built within the UAE.
- Mandatory advanced professional qualification—holding active CA, CPA, ACCA, or CMA status.
- Deep fundamental understanding of service sector fiscal operations, double-entry ledgers, and cash flow reconciliations.
- Hands-on system experience utilizing Zoho Books alongside advanced computational Microsoft Excel formulations.
- Proven capability to track data accurately under tight deadlines within a fluid, fast-paced agency business model.
- Excellent critical problem-solving, analytical reasoning, and data organization abilities.
- Previous professional experience working inside a media, marketing, or agency environment is highly preferred.
- Integrated mastery of technical reporting architecture backed by robust Information Technology infrastructure.
- Advanced academic degree in Accountancy or Business Finance from an accredited education institution.
