Job Description:

The Accountant will oversee accounts receivable operations, revenue tracking, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting for Frank Porter in Dubai Internet City. Based in Dubai, this detail-oriented accounting professional will track reservation income, process sales invoices, monitor cash flow and claims, reconcile balance sheet accounts, and collaborate with operations teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts receivable by recording, tracking, and reporting reservation income and collections.
  • Prepare and issue sales invoices while applying customer payments accurately.
  • Follow up on outstanding balances and ensure timely collections.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and reconcile balance sheet accounts.
  • Monitor cash collections, refunds, and claims while resolving financial discrepancies.
  • Prepare financial reports and analyze variances to support management decision-making.
  • Coordinate with reservations and operations teams to maintain accurate revenue reporting.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (CMA or CA) is preferred.
  • 3–5 years of relevant accounting or financial management experience.
  • Candidates must currently reside in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong knowledge of accounts receivable, balance sheet reconciliation, and revenue analysis.
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
