Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to join our team in Al Quoz, Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can manage financial operations for management and compliance review. You will be responsible for day-to-day accounting transactions, accounts payable/receivable, and report preparation using ERP systems. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Microsoft Dynamics NAV and UAE Financial Regulations and a proactive approach to financial analysis, documentation, and inter-departmental reporting. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations to meet management and internal control targets.
- Support fiscal integrity in Dubai, ensuring 100% data integrity in financial records, payment documentation, and UAE regulatory filings.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and internal teams to verify financial data and ensure accurate reporting for industrial activities.
- Handle comprehensive accounts payable and receivable processes to maintain organizational cash flow efficiency.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and Microsoft Dynamics NAV to optimize data tracking and professional organizational reporting.
🔹 Requirements:
- CA Inter or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance plus relevant Industrial Accounting Credentials.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience specifically within the UAE accounting landscape.
- Strong background in management of financial transactions, accounts payable, and general ledger activities.
- Professional background in education or training regarding Microsoft Dynamics NAV, UAE financial regulations, and compliance standards.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, possess a good command of English and Hindi, and maintain strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support a high-standard manufacturing group in Dubai.
