Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to join our finance team. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can manage day-to-day financial activities for management and compliance review. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing vendor payments, and ensuring full compliance with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in UAE Accounting Practices and General Ledger Management and a proactive approach to monthly closing procedures and financial accuracy. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage vendor payments and oversee petty cash transactions to meet management and liquidity targets.
• Support fiscal integrity in Dubai, ensuring 100% data integrity in bank reconciliations, VAT filings, and corporate tax submissions.
• Liaise with the Human Resources department and technical teams to maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries.
• Assist in monthly closing procedures and ensure the completeness of all financial documentation for year-end reporting.
• Utilize digital Information Technology tools and accounting software to optimize financial tracking and professional organizational reporting.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance plus a relevant professional MBA Finance, CA Inter, or CMA Inter Certificate preferred.
• 1–2 years of professional experience specifically within the UAE accounting sector.
• Strong background in management of vendor reconciliations, customer accounts, and daily financial operations.
• Professional background in education or training regarding UAE Taxation, Microsoft Office proficiency, and organizational skills.
• Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, strong attention to detail, and the capability to work independently under deadlines.
• Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support a high-standard group of companies in Dubai.
