Job Description:

We are seeking an organized Accountant to join our core finance team. The role focuses on handling invoice verification, ledger accuracy, and transaction reporting while supporting general corporate financial management initiatives within a fast-paced cargo environment.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily accounting entries and financial workflows of the logistics branch.
• Maintain proper financial records, receipts, and documentation.
• Assist with invoice processing, expense tracking, and vendor payment coordination.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and execute ledger reconciliations.
• Coordinate with operations and freight departments regarding pending billing items.

🔹 Requirements:

• Prior accounting or bookkeeping experience, preferably within a logistics setting.
• Bachelor’s Degree or specialized diploma from an accredited finance education stream.
• Good understanding of basic corporate accounting, banking systems, and reporting rules.
• Proficiency in standard spreadsheet applications and digital financial Information Technology systems.
