🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Record Management: Prepare and maintain precise financial records, including general ledgers, invoices, and comprehensive financial statements.
• Bookkeeping Excellence: Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities and perform regular account reconciliations to ensure data accuracy.
• Reporting & Budgeting: Assist in the preparation of periodic financial reports, management summaries, and annual budgets.
• VAT & Tax Compliance: Ensure all financial transactions and filings are in strict compliance with UAE VAT regulations and other statutory mandates.
• Inter-departmental Support: Coordinate closely with internal departments to provide financial insights and support ongoing operational needs.
• Audit Readiness: Organize and prepare financial documentation to support internal reviews and external audit requirements.

🔹 Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 1 to 2 years of accounting experience specifically within the UAE market.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Tax Expertise: Strong, practical understanding of UAE VAT regulations and local statutory accounting practices.
• Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using modern accounting software and financial ERP systems.
• Analytical Skills: Robust analytical and organizational abilities with a high degree of attention to detail.
• Communication: Effective interpersonal skills for seamless coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.
