Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Accountant to independently manage full-set accounts and daily financial operations. This role is crucial for maintaining reliable reporting processes and supporting business growth through precise financial data analysis in our Finance department.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Handle complete accounting functions, including AP, AR, General Ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare accurate financial reports, summaries, and statements for management review.
• Coordinate with external auditors and assist with annual audit activities.
• Support tax filings and ensure all compliance-related documentation is up to date.
• Maintain meticulous accounting records in strict accordance with company policies.
• Use Microsoft Excel extensively for advanced manual accounting tasks and reporting.
• Operate accounting platforms like Zoho Books and Wafeq with high proficiency.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (Diploma holders will not be considered).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience (UAE experience is an advantage but not mandatory).
• Mandatory strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Practical experience with accounting software, with a strong preference for Zoho Books.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and the ability to manage full-set accounts independently.
• Professional certifications (CPA, ACCA, or CMA) are an added advantage.
• High attention to detail with an execution-focused mindset and minimal supervision needs.
