🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Construction Accounting: Manage daily accounting operations with a focus on project-based job costing and expense allocation.
• Financial Accuracy: Support core accounting functions, contributing to financial accuracy in a structured professional environment.
• Software Management: Utilize Odoo accounting software to process invoices, manage ledgers, and generate financial reports.
• Industry Workflows: Handle construction-specific accounting requirements, including progress billings, retention tracking, and supplier reconciliations.
• Audit Support: Assist the senior team during internal and external audit engagements by providing accurate schedules and documentation.
• Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to UAE VAT laws and financial reporting regulations applicable to the building sector.

🔹 Requirements:

• Professional Status: Part-qualified ACCA, CA, or CPA candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in the UAE, specifically within the construction industry.
• Technical Skills: Prior hands-on experience with Odoo accounting software is a strong preference.
• Domain Knowledge: Solid exposure to construction-related accounting practices, including subcontractor payment certifications and variations.
• Compliance: Good understanding of UAE accounting standards, IFRS principles, and local tax compliance.
• Attributes: High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work within a professional auditing firm environment.
