Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can manage day-to-day financial activities for management and performance review. You will be responsible for recording financial transactions, preparing statements, and handling accounts payable and receivable. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Accounting Principles and a proactive approach to financial documentation. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting operations to meet management and reporting deadlines.
- Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions in Dubai to maintain 100% data integrity in the general ledger.
- Liaise with the Human Resources and internal departments to handle accounts payable, receivable, and employee-related financial records.
- Prepare financial statements and assist in audits by providing necessary documentation and financial reports.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and ERP systems to maintain and update accurate financial records.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or professional Certificate in Accounting or Finance.
- 2 to 4 years of professional experience in accounting, with UAE experience considered a strong advantage.
- Strong background in management of financial processes, analytical skills, and hands-on ERP system usage.
- Professional background in education or training regarding accounting principles and financial compliance.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence with high attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English with the capability to manage financial data in a structured environment.
