Job Description:

We are executing a strategic professional appointment within our corporate accounting division and are seeking a skilled, detail-oriented Accountant to govern financial documentation pipelines and direct general ledger pathways in Dubai. Operating as an essential fiscal anchor and data validation specialist within our main administrative hub, this full-time role focuses on accelerating closing cycle processing, auditing transaction records, and maximizing reporting speeds under our integrated corporate management framework.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate, high-fidelity corporate financial records, asset ledgers, and secure accounting documentation pipelines.
  • Process high-volume financial transactions, verify upstream supplier invoices, and handle vendor accounts payable/receivable payments.
  • Assist in structuring, auditing, and preparing comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual commercial financial reports.
  • Perform thorough multi-currency bank account reconciliations and resolve structural ledger discrepancies with complete accuracy.
  • Support corporate budgeting models, operational cost forecasting, and proactive financial variance analysis activities.
  • Ensure total compliance with internal corporate fiscal policies, UAE federal tax mandates, and international accounting regulations.
  • Collaborate seamlessly across engineering and procurement departments to align internal billing records and project material balances.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or an equivalent accredited financial discipline is preferred.
  • Previous professional accounting experience operating inside a similar corporate setting or industrial service market is highly advantageous.
  • Advanced technical data literacy with practical proficiency deploying macro formulas, pivot tables, and balance indices inside Microsoft Excel and modern enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
  • Deep, comprehensive knowledge of standard financial accounting principles, ledger balancing, and reconciliation procedures.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills paired with sharp problem-solving capabilities and strong team collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple transactional deadlines simultaneously while preserving absolute attention to mathematical detail.
