Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to manage our financial records and support business decisions. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can prepare balance sheets and profit & loss reports for management and fiscal performance review. You will be responsible for general ledger maintenance, variance analysis, and ensuring adherence to IFRS standards. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Financial Reporting and Tax Compliance and a proactive approach to payroll and audit readiness. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and general ledgers to meet management and regulatory targets.
- Support fiscal integrity in Dubai, ensuring 100% precision in recording daily transactions and categorized operational expenses.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department to oversee payroll processing, salary calculations, and statutory deductions.
- Prepare financial statements and conduct variance analysis to facilitate professional organizational reporting and budget forecasting.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools to file tax returns and ensure compliance with UAE regulations and IFRS.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional field.
- Proven professional ability with a solid understanding of financial reporting and accounting principles.
- Strong background in management of AP/AR, cash flow statements, and comprehensive financial data analysis.
- Professional background in education or training regarding UAE tax laws, IFRS standards, and internal financial policies.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, possess high attention to detail, and meet strict financial deadlines.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support a high-standard corporate group in Dubai.
