Job Description:

We are executing a strategic professional appointment within our core financial control division and are seeking a qualified, experienced Accountant (Food & Beverage) to govern day-to-day culinary accounting pipelines and direct restaurant ledger management pathways in Dubai. Configured for systematic financial solutions builders who possess an exceptional analytical command of POS reconciliation setups and excel at auditing operational expenses within fast-moving hospitality settings, this full-time track focuses on accelerating cost control velocities, auditing inventory valuation queues, and maximizing tax compliance indices across our integrated food and beverage tracks.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate, fully reconciled, and up-to-date general accounting ledgers for all dining and kitchen operational accounts.
  • Support monthly financial closing activities, preparing comprehensive financial reporting packages for restaurant executive leadership.
  • Record daily sales revenue, operating expenses, supplier invoices, and vendor disbursements accurately into the central accounting system.
  • Perform daily cash register audits, POS merchant settlement reconciliations, and bank statement reconciliations meticulously.
  • Support payroll processing cycles, staff allocation cost tracking, and maintain general HR-related financial documentation files.
  • Assist with federal VAT documentation, tax register maintenance, and complete compliance requirements under UAE tax laws.
  • Support strict food cost controls by maintaining accurate inventory valuation schedules, stock waste logs, and kitchen expense records.
  • Ensure proper audit readiness, maintaining organized filing systems and verifying that all financial records comply with corporate standards.
  • Coordinate directly with floor operations, storekeepers, and procurement teams to investigate and resolve financial discrepancies quickly.
  • Safeguard sensitive corporate financial records and supply management with precise, data-driven financial metrics for strategic decision-making.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Mandatory Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a matching academic discipline, establishing a strong theoretical foundation in financial statement preparation, cost accounting logic, and corporate balance sheet mechanics.
  • Minimum 5 years of active professional accounting experience, with a strong, verified background inside hospitality, restaurant, food & beverage (F&B), or high-volume retail operations. Immediate readiness for workspace deployment in Dubai is required.
  • Advanced technical workspace data literacy with sharp capabilities tracking inventory turnover, building financial schedules, and organizing complex spreadsheet ledgers inside Microsoft Excel databases.
  • Good command of English communication skills; proficiency in the Arabic language will serve as a distinct operational advantage during candidate evaluation.
  • Deep, comprehensive operational knowledge across the following primary functional dimensions:
    • F&B bookkeeping workflows, multi-channel account reconciliations, accounts payable handling, cash handling controls, and audit documentation.
    • UAE VAT regulations, Federal Tax Authority compliance documentation, and standard UAE accounting practices.
    • Specialized F&B accounting software, POS reporting software engines, automated financial schedules, and inventory tracking tools.
  • Outstanding numerical precision, attention to detail, confidentiality, and cross-departmental coordination skills to work seamlessly with procurement, cashiers, store teams, and hr departments under a unified corporate management framework.
