Job Description:

The Accountant will oversee daily financial ledgers, issue medical service invoicing, execute bank reconciliations, and manage accounts payable and receivable under financial management in Dubai. Explore further medical administration and financial accounting roles on our management jobs portal.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day general ledger accounting, journal entries, and clinical service transaction processing.
• Oversee complete Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) cycles for healthcare suppliers and clients.
• Generate accurate patient and institutional billing, medical test invoicing, and insurance claim accounting records.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations, cash book balancing, and petty cash account management.
• Utilize accounting software to maintain accurate financial ledgers, vendor files, and trial balance reports.
• Coordinate with the clinical operations team to reconcile daily collections, billing adjustments, and financial reports.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Proven accounting experience, with a strong preference for candidates with healthcare or medical laboratory background.
• Proficiency in standard accounting software suites and Microsoft Excel.
• Solid grasp of UAE VAT compliance, invoicing standards, and financial reporting protocols.
• Strong analytical skill set, numerical accuracy, and immediate availability to join preferred.
