Job Description:

The IT Support Specialist will provide technical helpdesk services, manage classroom smart boards, maintain campus network Wi-Fi, and support Microsoft 365 administration under IT management in the UAE. Explore further technical infrastructure and systems roles on our IT jobs portal.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver end-user technical support to teachers, students, and administrative staff across campus.
• Troubleshoot and maintain hardware workstations, laptops, network printers, smart interactive boards, and audiovisual equipment.
• Manage local campus networks, Wi-Fi access points, network switches, and internet connectivity.
• Administer user accounts, security permissions, Microsoft 365 tenant settings, and Microsoft Teams environments.
• Setup and maintain classroom technology systems to ensure uninterrupted instructional delivery.
• Perform system installations, software patches, hardware configurations, and routine system backups.
• Maintain comprehensive IT hardware inventory, license documentation, and equipment logs.
• Provide on-site technical coordination during examinations, digital assessments, and school events.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
• Prior IT desktop support experience, with strong preference for candidates with experience in a school or academic environment.
• In-depth practical understanding of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, network switches, and basic firewalls.
• Solid troubleshooting capabilities across PC hardware, printers, smart boards, Wi-Fi networks, and cabling.
• Good command of written and spoken English with effective communication skills.
