Job Description:
The Accountant will manage the financial operations of the surgical center. This role is essential for ensuring compliance with UAE regulations, accurate reporting, and smooth financial support across Healthcare services.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow reports.
- Coordinate healthcare billing, track insurance claims, and reconcile revenue streams.
- Apply IFRS principles in daily operations and conduct month-end closings across multiple entities.
- Ensure strict adherence to UAE VAT regulations and internal financial policies.
- Ensure same-month postings to maintain accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Assist with internal and external audits and maintain meticulous regulatory records.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 4 to 6 years of professional accounting experience, ideally within a hospital or clinic setting.
- Strong working knowledge of UAE VAT and local financial compliance.
- Hands-on experience with accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or SAP.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage complex healthcare billing cycles.
- Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced medical environment.
