Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Transactions: Accurately record and post daily journal entries, maintaining a comprehensive general ledger.
- Medical Billing: Manage end-to-end patient billing, monitor insurance receivables, and oversee daily cash collections.
- Reconciliations: Perform systematic bank, cash, and supplier account reconciliations to ensure data integrity.
- VAT Management: Assist with the maintenance of VAT records, supporting schedules, and the preparation of VAT returns.
- Operations Support: Support month-end closing cycles, payroll processing, and the maintenance of fixed asset registers.
- Payables & Receivables: Process purchase invoices and payment schedules while proactively following up on outstanding receivables.
🔹 Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (Mandatory).
- Experience: 1–3 years of professional accounting experience; prior experience in a medical center or clinic is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Working knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho, or ERP) and proficiency in MS Excel.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Basic understanding of UAE VAT regulations and accounting standards.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Availability: Preference will be given to candidates available for immediate joining.
