Job Description:

We are expanding our academic team for the 2026–2027 academic year and are seeking passionate, qualified, and highly organized educators to fill four critical teaching and instructional leadership tracks in Dubai. These active instructional roles demand complete classroom discipline control, precise lesson file documentation, and immediate student progression resolution to guarantee high-quality learning metrics for school management evaluation. These roles offer an exceptional path to apply your deep subject-matter knowledge and structural child education expertise inside a thriving, fast-paced school community.

Available Positions:

  • English Teacher (Cycle 1) – Specializing in early-grade literacy and language arts.
  • Science Teacher – Delivering comprehensive, inquiry-based scientific instruction.
  • Arabic Language Teacher (KG & Cycle 1) – Developing strong foundational native language skills.
  • Science Head of Department (Bilingual) – Managing departmental curriculum, planning, and peer mentorship tracks.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver highly engaging, interactive, and differentiated lessons aligned with institutional curriculum frameworks and Ministry standards.
  • Prepare detailed weekly lesson plans, instructional aid materials, and rigorous student assessments to drive learning outcomes.
  • Monitor student academic development tracks continuously, providing clear, structured progress reports to parents and administration.
  • Maintain an inclusive, highly organized, and positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and safety.
  • Collaborate seamlessly across grade-level teacher groups and academic leadership to refine pedagogical strategies and materials.
  • For Head of Department (HOD) Role: Oversee subject area curriculum tracking, scheme-of-work compliance, and teacher coordination.
  • Participate actively in school-wide developmental committees, parental liaison evenings, and student extracurricular programs.

🔹 Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in the specific, relevant subject area of instruction is strictly mandatory.
  • Possession of a recognized Teaching Diploma, Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE), or valid Teaching License is required.
  • Language Benchmarks: Minimum IELTS score of 7.0 for English Teachers and 6.0 for Science Teachers.
  • Strong instructional communication skills, emotional intelligence, and proven classroom behavior management strategies.
  • Demonstrated capability to operate efficiently within a diverse, fast-paced, and modern K–12 academic environment.
  • Practical background in education regarding differentiated learning models, formative testing frameworks, technology integration, and lesson management tools.
  • Preference will be explicitly extended to qualified teaching candidates currently residing within the United Arab Emirates.
