Job Description:

The Accountant & Operations Assistant will handle dual responsibilities spanning transactional bookkeeping and daily supply chain administration. Operating within our integrated business unit, this detail-oriented professional will execute core ledger functions, run systematic bank reconciliations, monitor inventory accounts, and coordinate with storage teams to ensure optimal inventory tracking and operational workflow efficiency.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Record daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Prepare invoices and organize financial documentation.
  • Manage petty cash and prepare daily cash reports.
  • Record customer payments and assist with bank reconciliations.
  • Support inventory accounting and perform stock reconciliations.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Assist with daily operational and administrative activities.
  • Prepare basic management reports and support the finance team as required.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Relevant professional accounting knowledge and practical hands-on experience.
  • High proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Excel and digital bookkeeping systems.
  • Strong fundamental knowledge of bookkeeping, banking ledger reconciliations, and financial documentation.
  • Familiarity with inventory tracking, periodic stock reconciliation, and general warehouse coordination.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Positive attitude with a strong ability to multitask accurately in a collaborative environment.
