Job Description:
We are looking to hire a qualified and detail-oriented Accountant to join our growing team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our financial framework, requiring a professional who can manage daily accounting operations for management and regulatory review. You will be responsible for VAT filing, WPS processing, and ensuring compliance with UAE Corporate Tax regulations. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Accounting Standards and a proactive approach to financial audits. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee day-to-day accounting operations to meet management and audit standards.
- Handle VAT filing, WPS processing, and Corporate Tax compliance within the Dubai real estate sector.
- Liaise with the Human Resources and finance teams to prepare periodic financial reports and ensure 100% data integrity.
- Support financial audits and maintain accurate records in compliance with UAE financial regulations.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and Tally Prime to coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related academic discipline.
- 1 to 2 years of professional experience specifically in accounting within Dubai.
- Strong background in management of VAT filing, WPS processing, and UAE Corporate Tax regulations.
- Professional background in education or training regarding Tally Prime and Advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence and excellent communication skills in English (Malayalam proficiency is preferred).
- Detailed understanding of accounting standards and experience in the real estate sector is a significant advantage.
