Job Description:
We are expanding our finance team and seeking detail-oriented professionals for the roles of Accountant and Senior Accountant (CA) in the UAE. These roles are fundamental to our consulting framework, requiring experts who can handle complex financial data, bookkeeping, and tax compliance with high accuracy. You will be responsible for reconciliations, IFRS application, and financial reporting for management review. We are looking for analytical thinkers proficient in Tally, SAP, or QuickBooks who thrive in a professional accounting environment. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and manage daily bookkeeping, financial reconciliations, and reporting functions with high precision.
- Ensure all accounting practices and financial statements comply with IFRS standards and UAE tax regulations.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding internal payroll audits and team coordination.
- Oversee complex financial data management and provide leadership for team-based management projects (Senior Role).
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools such as Tally, SAP, or QuickBooks to optimize financial workflows.
🔹 Requirements:
- Accountant: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance; CA semi-qualified candidates are highly preferred.
- Senior Accountant: Fully qualified CA / ACCA / CPA certification is strictly mandatory.
- 2 to 4 years of professional experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in the UAE.
- Strong background in management of financial systems, compliance, and analytical reporting.
- Professional background in education or training regarding IFRS, VAT, and advanced Microsoft Excel data analysis.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team coordination skills to deliver high-quality financial services.
