Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team in Sharjah Industrial Area. This role is fundamental to our operational framework, requiring a professional who can handle core accounting functions and ensure accurate financial reporting within a manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for managing financial records, processing payroll, and maintaining compliance with VAT regulations for management review. We are looking for an analytical thinker proficient in Tally or other ERP systems who thrives in a fast-paced industrial setup. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily accounting activities and ensure smooth financial operations to support engineering and manufacturing workflows.
- Perform accurate payroll processing and maintain compliance with current UAE financial and labor regulations.
- Prepare and submit VAT returns in accordance with UAE federal tax requirements.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding employee financial records and internal expense tracking.
- Maintain organized and accurate financial documentation and filing systems using advanced digital accounting software.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant academic discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of practical professional experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally or similar industrial ERP systems.
- Strong background in management of financial records, VAT regulations, and payroll processing.
- Professional background in education or training regarding UAE accounting standards and industrial practices.
- Previous experience working within a manufacturing or industrial setup is an added advantage.
