Job Description:

The Accountant will manage daily financial operations, record transactions, process accounts payable and receivable, oversee scaffolding rental billings and fleet depreciation, perform bank reconciliations, and handle UAE VAT and Corporate Tax compliance for Al Hayakil Al Handasia Scaffolding Tr. LLC in Sharjah.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Record and maintain daily accounting transactions, including sales, purchases, expenses, and general ledger entries.
• Perform regular reconciliations of bank accounts, cash, POS transactions, and customer and supplier balances.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, process supplier invoices, monitor rental billings, and follow up on collections.
• Track inventory, company assets, equipment depreciation, rental fleet expenses, and asset movement.
• Prepare periodic financial and management reports highlighting revenue, project costs, and overall profitability.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, Corporate Tax regulations, and standard accounting practices.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Relevant accounting experience, with candidates from the scaffolding rental or equipment trading sector strongly preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software platforms such as Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Tally, or SAP.
• Solid understanding of general ledger reconciliation, asset depreciation tracking, UAE VAT, and Corporate Tax laws.
