Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Accountant to join our professional finance team in Umm Al Quwain. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can manage daily financial operations and transactions for management and fiscal performance review. You will be responsible for handling accounts payable/receivable, performing bank reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with UAE tax regulations. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Tally ERP, UAE VAT Laws, and Financial Reporting and a proactive approach to maintaining accurate records. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations and financial transactions to meet management and fiscal benchmarks.
• Support fiscal integrity in Umm Al Quwain, maintaining accurate financial records, ledgers, and documentation with 100% precision.
• Liaise with the Human Resources department and internal teams to facilitate professional organizational coordination of financial statements and reports.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable processes while performing regular bank reconciliations to resolve discrepancies.
• Utilize digital Information Technology tools, specifically Tally ERP and MS Excel, to assist in VAT filing and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 2 to 4 years of professional experience in accounting (Must currently be based in the UAE).
• Strong background in management of Tally ERP (Mandatory) and day-to-day financial operations.
• Professional background in education regarding UAE VAT laws, financial documentation, and reporting standards.
• Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, possess high attention to detail, and work independently in Umm Al Quwain.
